A Self-Care Diary for Sign Language Interpreters

The field of sign language interpreting is very self-sacrificing. Many times, interpreters do not have a proper self-care routine and it is very easy to feel burnt-out. This item is designed to help you document your own self-care diary. Included is a real life-experience of one interpreter who faced health challenges. This item also contains forms to help you document your self-care for up to 30 days.
You may wish to use this plan to help earn CEUs. Currently, The RID allows up to 2.0 CEUs for an Independent Study. Please contact an approved sponsor before beginning the plan. Your sponsor can assist you with knowing the amount of CEUs you can earn and with processing your CEUs.
